Very nice Victorian-era kaleidoscope by C. G. Bush Company, Providence, RI.
The manufacturer made a broad range of styles. This entirely cardboard body was probably one of the more affordable. I’ve partially disassembled the piece in order to clean its lenses and free what I believe are the orginal colorful glass pieces and bubble tubes.
On original wooden stand which is stamped with the maker’s mark.
Wear and condition as expected with age.
