Return Policy

I guarantee everything as described—because I value relationships over transactions. If you find that something you’ve bought from me isn’t as described, please let me know right away so I can make it right.

If you should decide that something just isn’t your style, let me know within three (3) days of receiving the item if you’d like to return it, and please have it shipped or brought back within five (5) days of delivery. The piece should come back in the same condition it left me.

Once it’s safely returned, I’ll issue a refund. Shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless I’ve made an error in the description.

Invoiced Items

Invoiced items are happily held for three (3) days, after which they return to the shop floor.
