1950s vintage letterpress / block-printed poster advertising Tioga County Fair, Owego. Tioga County and Owego are in the Southern Tier region of New York, bordering Pennsyvania. The poster came from a large collection of local fair and circus memorabilia that was dispersed in the early 2000s.
