Three layer Eastlake-style picture frame.
Outermost molding is yellow and black with etched decoration at corners. Middle layer is black/white/gray tortoise shell style. Liner is striped alternating between pale shiny gold and darker matte gold.
Rabbet: 8 x 10 inches. Overall: 12.25 x 14.25 x 2.25 inches.
