An early 20th century carved cowrie shell (novelty?) with maybe a few too many surprises inside.
The original cork is pierced with a string which has a series of porcelain “Frozen Charlotte” dolls tied to its length.
The natural opening of the shell sealed with plaster.
2-3/4 inches long.
Wear and condition as expected with age.
