“House of Pix”

The surprise inside of box “No 4”: a miniature house model surrounded by gardens and patios… pillows on furniture, mosaic floors, brick walkways and decorative fencing all constructed with colored cocktail toothpicks.

Inside the lid of the box is a typewritten letter from the maker to his daughter.

The house itself is only 3-inches wide.

My finger for scale in one of the pics.
