Amber-Colored Bohemian Glass Vase

An unsigned, thickly-walled, fluted-facet shape with peaks at the top lip. A form for which I cannot find an exact comparable but one that’s very similar in color, technique and shape to other works produced by Moser in the 1920s-30s for the Austrian designer, architect and co-founder of Wiener Werkstätte, Josef Hoffmann.

Dimensions

4 inches in height and width

Condition

Aside from wear on the foot (extensive and pictured), the vase has no cracks, chips or flakes. A single small bubble is visible when looking downward through the vase at its bottom.
