Dramatic utensil box having unusually high center board with cutout smiling hand hole. The canted sides of the tray are dovetailed together and reinforced with square wire nails. Every surface is beautifully oxidized. Two of the interior tray ends (at right whichever way you turn the box) are heavily eroded toward the bottom from continual contact from whatever the box held — so much that the bottom-most nails are visible.
